In Home Consultation and Walk-Through 

After the initial In-Home consultation, we execute a walk-through of your home. Starting curb-side, we take a detailed look at your home with “buyer’s eyes”, making note of small changes that will have a HUGE impact in captivating a potential buyer’s interest. You will receive the Action Report with detailed notes. The Home Consultation typically takes one to two hours.

In addition, you will receive a Home Sellers Open House Checklist, as well as suggestions for using our additional home staging services if needed.

Half Day Staging or Redesign

 We will spend up to 4 hours working on the main items from our Action Report created during the consultation.  The half day plan includes before and after photos          for your agent’s marketing efforts.  The half-day staging plan is for the homes that need a little extra attention and a homeowner who wants hands on expertise from   Just-Stage-It.

Full Day Staging or Redesign
This plan is for a home with more projects and a homeowner who wants additional expertise.  With the Full Day plan,  we spend up to 8 hours to transform your home.  The full day plan includes before and after photos for your agent’s marketing efforts.

Realtor Partnerships 
If you are a Real Estate agent, we would like to collaborate, using our services to enhance your marketing efforts, reduce time on the market to sell your listing faster and for top dollar – in any market.
